The TCTPL will NOT cancel league games unless there is a level 3 Weather Emergency issued for Tuscarawas County.
Each team will need to use your own discretion on whether you want to cancel the match for weather related conditions. Remember, make up games must be played as soon as possible but within 2 weeks of the original match. If you must cancel, it is the captains responsibility to inform the opposing team captain and work out the details for the make up game. Captain must also contact a league Officer and let them know of the cancellation. Officers will be happy to provide you with a contact number for team captains.

In light of recent events, the TCTPL Officers have established that ANY valid complaints in ANY form made to an Officer will result in a warning to the offending player. Be aware that a warning is the minimum action that will be taken.
PLAYERS: The league continues to discourage Unsportsmanlike Conduct of any kind and therefore we ask that players do not exhibit these types of bahaviors during league play. Swiping balls, throwing balls, breaking sticks, name calling, throwing objects, verbal confrontations and the like are all considered unsportsmanlike conduct. Any of these or similar conduct that creates a conflict or uncomfortable environment for other players will not be tolerated. As indicated in the League Handbook fighting will not be tolerated! A fight can include but is not limited to ANY FORM of physical contact among a player or players.

Captains - just a reminder, once a player shoots for a bar, they cannot shoot for another bar for the rest of the season. If the bar has two teams, a sub can shoot for either team. If the bar has more than two teams, the player can shoot for any two teams, but not more than two teams. If you have questions regarding this please contact an officer immediately.
If you use a sub that has shot for another bar in the league already this season, the matches will be recorded as a forfeit.
ALSO KEEP IN MIND SHOOTERS ARE LIMITED TO 5 GAMES PER WEEK. MEANING THAT IF YOU ARE ON YOUR BYE WEEK, AND DECIDE TO SUB FOR ANOTHER TEAM AT YOUR BAR, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR 5 BYE-WEEK WINS.

Due to issues collecting BYE week money prior to your bye week the League Officers have decided that NO MONEY will be due for your bye weeks during the season and that we will deduct the monies from the payouts at the end of the year. CAPTAINS, still include a list of the names of players who are to receive the wins for the bye week on the scoresheet the week prior or a separate paper otherwise the players who shot the week prior will receive the wins.
